THIS RESIDENCE WAS ONE OF 8 UNITS POSITIONED WITHIN A NEWLY RENOVATED, STRUCTURE ORIGINALLY DESIGNED IN 1859 BY ARCHITECTS NEVILLE & BAGGE FOR THE THEOLOGICAL SEMINARY OF NEW YORK.  FEATURES INCLUDE SOARING 17 FT HIGH CEILING WHERE ORIGINAL STEEPLE WAS LOCATED, ARCHED WINDOWS, AND THE STILL ACTIVE SEMINARY CHURCH JUST STEPS AWAY.  SCOPE: PROJECT MANAGEMENT, VENDOR MANAGEMENT, FIELD OVER SIGHT IN THE REFINISHING AND INSTALLATION OF WATER BASED PIGMENT DYE-STAIN OF FLOORS AND 17TH CENTURY FIREPLACE MANTELS. PRELIMINARY BOARDS, TECHNICAL DRAWINGS AND SKETCHES WERE DELIVERED FOR GENERAL DESIGN.
